First displayed in 2010, the Leopard 2A7+ has been substantially upgraded over its predecessors in virtually all aspects, allowing it to perform in both high and low-intensity conflicts and urban environments. Outward visible changes include an enhanced modular armour package and the addition of the FLW200 remotely operated weapon system. The A7+ is currently deployed with the German Bundeswehr, with export sales to Hungary and Qatar.
